IET Renewable Power Generation is inviting submissions for a Special Issue on Active Power Control of Renewable Energy Generation Systems.
Dear friends,
IET Renewable Power Generation is inviting submissions for a Special Issue on Active Power Control of Renewable
Energy Generation Systems.
The main objective of this special issue is to seek publications that highlight recent advances and breakthroughs in the technology of active power control (APC) from wind and solar energy generation systems (including photovoltaic and solar thermal), ranging from individual wind turbines and solar generation units to large wind/solar farms.
Our international team of guest editors for this Special Issue:
Jiabing Hu, Huazhong University of Science and
Technology, Wuhan, China
Lie Xu, The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK
Damian Flynn, University College Dublin, Ireland
Nicolaos Antonio Cutululis, Technical University of Denmark,Roskilde, Denmark
Yongning Chi, China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI), Beijing, China
Our guest editors are looking for original research and review articles in areas including (but not limited to):
All aspects of active power control (APC) strategies and controller design
Monitoring, prognostics, diagnostics, and reliability evaluation of various components of wind turbines and solar generation units with APC schemes
Modeling of wind turbines and solar generation units
