iPhone XXL – Concept Design | A New Vision of iPhone Design

iPhone XXL is my conceptual smartphone design inspired by Apple's iconic iPhone Pro series. This concept introduces a redesigned rear camera housing, a distinctive Apple-shaped Aura Light and a refined collection of colour options.

The objective is to retain the premium identity of the iPhone while introducing a fresh and distinctive design.

1. Unique Rear Housing Design

The iPhone XXL features a specially designed camera housing with a modified outer shape. Unlike the conventional camera island, this concept uses a wider, rounded housing with a distinctive inward-curved design on both sides.

The new housing accommodates the camera system and additional lighting components in a well-organised layout.

2. Triple Camera Array

The left side of the camera housing features a triple-camera setup, inspired by the familiar triangular camera arrangement of iPhone Pro models.

The three cameras are positioned in a compact triangular configuration, maintaining the recognisable iPhone photography identity.

3. Apple-Shaped Aura Light

One of the most distinctive features of this concept is the Apple-shaped Aura Light.

Instead of a conventional Apple logo, this concept introduces an illuminated Apple-shaped outline.

  • Apple logo-shaped lighting.
  • Only the outline glows.
  • The inner portion remains transparent or body-coloured.
  • A soft white glow creates a premium appearance.

This lighting element gives the iPhone XXL a unique visual identity.

4. Additional Camera Components

The right side of the camera housing accommodates three additional components:

  1. LED Flash
  2. Secondary Microphone
  3. IR Blaster

These components are arranged vertically to balance the triple-camera array on the opposite side.

5. Colour Collection

The iPhone XXL concept is visualised in eight colour options inspired by colours seen across different iPhone generations.

  1. Silver
  2. Graphite
  3. Gold
  4. Blue
  5. Pink
  6. Purple
  7. Green
  8. Red

Each colour retains the same camera housing, triple-camera arrangement and Apple-shaped Aura Light.

6. Design Highlights

  • Modified premium iPhone-style housing.
  • Distinctive wide camera island.
  • Traditional triangular triple-camera arrangement.
  • Apple-shaped outline-only Aura Light.
  • Dedicated LED Flash.
  • Secondary Microphone.
  • IR Blaster.
  • Eight attractive colour options.

Conclusion

The iPhone XXL Concept Design is an attempt to bring a fresh identity to the familiar iPhone Pro design language.

The combination of a modified camera housing, a triangular triple-camera array and an Apple-shaped Aura Light makes this concept visually distinctive.

This is an independent fan-made concept design, not an official Apple product or announcement.
